Take Test

AAEME offers specific online certification tests for the state of Nevada, as well as a "national" test for medical professionals in all other states. If the state you are licensed in uses the AMA Guides 4th Edition, you should take the Texas Impairment Rating Skills Assessment Test (TIRSAT); in Nevada, you should take the Nevada Impairment Rating Skills Assessment Test (NIRSAT); all others should take the Certified Impairment Rating Specialist (CIRS) test.
