NOTICE: If your web browser, Internet Service Provider, anti-virus program or firewall is using pop-up blocking technology, or if you have installed a third-party pop-up blocker program (such as the Google Toolbar), you must disable this feature before starting the test. The test is launched in a separate browser window that a pop-up blocker will try to suppress; this behavior will prevent the test from running. While we will do everything we can to assist you, knowledge of pop-up blockers, firewalls, etc. is out of the scope of technical support and you may need to contact your ISP or firewall software provider if the issue persists.
